Village Wines

Village Wines is located in the heart of Woodinville Wine Country. This tenant improvement included a complete buildout from an empty space into a functional bar and tasting room equipped with a kitchen, lounge, and a banquet room for private parties.

Covey Run Winery

Covey Run Winery (Formerly Paul Thomas Winery) is a 22,000 sq. ft. winery located in Sunnyside, Washington. We completed the Paul Thomas winery construction in the fall of 1995 ahead of schedule and were able to maintain a lasting relationship with the owner to this day.

DeLille Cellars

DeLille Cellars is a tenant improvement of an existing building converted into a tasting room and office space. Our relationship and success with DeLille Cellars have cultivated a relationship that we believe will last for many years to come. Knowing the reputation of quality that is associated with DeLille Cellars, we knew our attention to detail had to be beyond expectations.

Wineglass Cellars

Wineglass Cellars is a winery in Zilla, Washington. Their main tasting room is located in front of the 12,000 sq. ft. building that we built. While their need for square footage was simple, the usage of the building was complex. The location now holds much of their barrels for storage and is also where they bottle all 3,500 bottles of their wine per year.
