Giving Back

Our Purpose

Several times per year, Ryan GC equips and sends our employees to different countries around the world on short-term mission trips. These countries include Peru, Sierra Leone, Spain, Morocco, Kenya, Venezuela and Chile. Through these trips, we are able to send construction teams to build schools and churches throughout the world. We believe this is our ultimate purpose as a company.

Missions

At least once a year Ryan GC sends a missions team to a location around the world. These mission teams are either put together as medical teams or construction teams. Below is an archive of the missions we have been involved with in the past. We look at the work we accomplish locally as the lifeblood for the missions we accomplish globally. Because of our impact on communities outside of the United States, we feel blessed as a company based on our bigger purpose. Our purpose to serve others who are less fortunate than ourselves.

Ancahausi, Peru, 2009

Our group traveled around the surrounding Ancahausi, Peru area hosting three separate general medical clinics. We were able to serve and attend to thousands of Peruvians in need of medical care.

Tacna, Peru, 2008

We sent a group to Tacna for the third year in a row to host a general medical clinic.

Tacna, Peru, 2007

In 2007 we sent a team to Tacna, Peru for another medical clinic. After the success of the 2006 medical clinic, we felt compelled to revisit the area and offer our help. As a construction company, we always felt the only way we could help was through construction projects, but we have identified that many other needs outside of construction are just as important.

Lautaro, Chile, 2005

In 2005 we sent a team of workers down to Lautaro, Chile to help the locals construct their church. Our team helped dig the foundation, pour the slab and footings and constructed the masonry walls.

Tacna, Peru, 2005

"Feed the Children." We sent a team from Ryan GC to New Jerusalem to set up a food bank for the children of the village. During the week we were able to feed hundreds of hungry children.

Maipu, Chile, 2004

In 2004 we sent a team to Maipu, Chile to help build a classroom wing for one of the local Chilean churches. Maipu is a small village outside of Santiago, Chile.

Maipu, Chile, 2003

In 2003 we sent a team to Maipu, Chile to build a small, two-story guard house for a local church. The church had been getting hit hard with vandalism, and the guard house enabled them to have 24-hour security of the church property, allowing the local community to feel safer while on premises.
