Don McIntosh
Founder
As the founder of the company, Don played a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of operations before passing the reins to his son, Ryan McIntosh. Under Don’s leadership from 1991 onward, his expertise and vision drove the company’s growth in multiple directions. He established a benchmark for exceptional construction quality, a standard that continues to earn the praise of our expanding client base.
Ryan McIntosh
President
Ryan has been at the helm of Ryan GC since 2001. He has a conservative yet contemporary perspective of construction that sets him apart. While maintaining a low profile, he is an integral part of the company’s daily operations, seamlessly connecting with all levels of the process. Ryan is involved in both the preconstruction and construction phases of every project, serving as Ryan GC’s representative to ensure quality control and timely responses. His dedication to delivering a positive experience for clients is evident in his hands-on approach, offering oversight and support to keep each project on track and running smoothly.
Jason Jenson
Business Development Manager
Jason’s experience in commercial interiors dates back to 2007 in his time as an owner’s rep for CBRE. Jason blends his extensive understanding of client service expectations with a diverse background in tenant improvements to ensure a streamlined construction project, with responsible client representation. His experience working on high end projects with demanding timelines has fine-tuned his approach to client management. His goal is to ensure optimal satisfaction for every project stakeholder. While assuming a support layer to the project team, Jason’s involvement with the project starts from the initial ROM Budget/Design Build process, all the way through punch list and close out.
Jordan Terrell
Controller
Jordan serves as the lead accounting executive, expertly managing the company’s financial planning, debt financing, and budget oversight. In addition to these responsibilities, he conducts thorough financial analysis and offers valuable insights and recommendations for each project. As a key liaison, Jordan bridges communication between the general contractor, subcontractors, vendors, and clients, ensuring seamless financial coordination throughout every phase.
Patrick Gill
Estimator
With a degree in Construction Engineering and Technology from Montana State University and 38 years of industry experience, Patrick brings a wealth of expertise to our company. Having been with the company for 25 years, he plays a key role in nearly every estimate generated, demonstrating an exceptional understanding of construction methods and costs.
Patrick’s involvement doesn’t stop at the start of construction—he continues to support the Project Manager throughout the entire process, providing valuable insight and guidance behind the scenes to ensure the project runs smoothly from start to finish.
Bill Lentz
Project Manager
With 32 years of experience in the construction industry, Bill specializes in custom metal fabrication and supervision. His extensive background includes concrete tilt-ups, ground-up construction, additions, and tenant improvements. Over the years, Bill has successfully delivered numerous exceptional projects throughout the Puget Sound region. Bill’s strong organizational and multitasking abilities, coupled with his exceptional work ethic, are key assets in the construction industry. His unique experience as a field leader adds unparalleled value to our onsite project teams, ensuring each project is executed with precision and efficiency.

Since joining Ryan GC in 2010, Eliot has brought unmatched leadership and a knack for building authentic relationships with clients, subcontractors, and teammates. Marshall McKean

Marshall brings a wealth of expertise to Ryan GC with a Master of Science in Construction Management from the University of Washington and a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from Central Washington University. With 17 years of experience managing projects of all sizes at Skanska, Marshall’s background is rooted in delivering exceptional results across diverse construction initiatives. Joining Ryan GC to prioritize customer satisfaction, Marshall is a cradle-to-grave Project Manager dedicated to guiding partners from project inception to final punch-list. His unwavering commitment to our mission ensures a superior level of service for every client. Marshall oversees every aspect of a project, from developing and monitoring schedules and budgets to managing contractual matters with owners and subcontractors. Scott holds a degree in Business Management from Central Washington University and a Construction Management Certificate from the University of Washington. Since 2007, he has been managing construction projects across the Puget Sound region, consistently delivering exceptional results. Dedicated to process improvement and project efficiency, Scott collaborates closely with key stakeholders from the earliest stages of a project. His expertise spans budgeting, value engineering, and recommending alternative solutions to save costs and accelerate schedules. From budgeting and estimating to purchasing, project management, and closeout, Scott’s comprehensive experience ensures every project is completed on time and to the highest standards.

Since joining Ryan General Contractors in 2002, Luis has exemplified dedication and hard work, rising through the ranks from general laborer to one of our trusted superintendents. As a superintendent, Luis sets the tone on every job site—arriving first, leaving last, and ensuring a productive, positive, and safe environment. Over the past 18 years, his leadership has consistently earned glowing praise from owners, reflecting his unwavering commitment to the success of every project he leads. Since joining Ryan GC in 2021 as a Superintendent, Drew has made an immediate and lasting impact. His sophisticated, technical approach and attention to detail have earned him recognition as a key contributor to some of our most complex projects. Drew’s experience spans small tenant improvement projects, large renovations, and exterior upgrades. He brings a technical perspective to every phase of a project, from preconstruction to final punch list, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional results. Drew has quickly established himself as a valued Superintendent, earning recognition for his leadership, strong connections with owners, and commitment to constructability.
Chris Cormier
Superintendent
With over two decades of experience in commercial and residential construction, Chris has been delivering exceptional results since 2000. His portfolio includes numerous high-end and complex projects, ranging from $200,000 to $8 million in contract value, spanning office, retail, warehouse, and renovation sectors. Chris brings comprehensive oversight and leadership to every phase of the construction process. From preconstruction activities like estimating, subcontractor scheduling, and manpower planning to navigating code requirements, recommending construction methods, and enforcing safety and company policies, Chris ensures every detail is meticulously managed. He has a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
Carlos Lemasson
Superintendent
Carlos joined Ryan GC as a Superintendent in 2023, bringing over 20 years of construction experience. His career began at an early age working for his father's company, where he developed a strong foundation in the industry. Over the years, he gained hands-on experience across multiple trades before advancing to managing high-rise tenant improvement projects. Recently, Carlos successfully led a large healthcare restoration project, demonstrating his ability to adapt to challenges and navigate setbacks with resilience. His strong leadership and willingness to take on responsibilities beyond the typical superintendent role have earned him the trust of clients and teammates alike.
Jon Skipworth
Superintendent
Jon brings 25 years of diverse construction experience to our team, with a proven track record across new construction and high-end commercial interiors. His expertise spans Class A and Class B offices, mixed-use developments, industrial projects, and restaurant and retail spaces. Jon is fully committed to the success of every construction team he leads, focusing on managing subcontractors, meeting milestone dates, and delivering exceptional results. His ability to coordinate and supervise on-site activities, combined with his strong leadership skills, ensures projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards. Dedicated to quality and transparency, Jon prides himself on consistently meeting occupancy deadlines. From preconstruction through construction, certificate of occupancy, and punch-list completion, Jon remains fully engaged, ensuring every project achieves its goals and exceeds client expectations.
Jason Arinaza
Project Manager
Jason graduated from Washington State University with a degree in Civil Engineering and began his career as a Project Engineer/Assistant Project Manager in ground-up multi-family and hospitality construction. Over time, he transitioned into commercial tenant improvements and speciality projects. Most recently he has been managing multiple tenant improvement projects serving as Project Manager. With a strong foundation in construction management, Jason specializes in delivering high-quality commercial spaces with a keen attention to detail at every phase.
