A new 6,000-square-foot, single-story building designed to support a non-denominational Christian camp located on the shores of Lake Sammamish. This project features an open gym area, restrooms, a storage room, a housekeeping area, and a sprinkler room. The scope of work included new building foundations, retaining walls, and the erection of a pre-engineered metal building.

A tenant improvement project transforming an existing office and accessory warehouse space into a golf simulation facility, designed primarily for instruction, training, and skill development.

The Olympic Hotel and Athletic Club project features 50,000 square feet of ground-up construction, including three underground stories of parking. In addition to the new build, the project involved an extensive remodel of the adjacent existing building, seamlessly combining modern design with the site’s original character.
