This tenant improvement project involved updating the interior finishes throughout the 6,000-square-foot building. Additionally, non-load-bearing walls were removed from the existing fitness room and two storage rooms to enhance the space.

This project involved selective demolition of a warehouse space, along with various upgrades, including new breakroom cabinets and countertops, new doors and hardware, insulation replacement, and the installation of new flooring and fresh paint throughout.

A tenant improvement project to subdivide an existing suite into two separate spaces, enhancing one side of the area. The work includes demolishing walls and doors, constructing new partitions and doorways, and repositioning existing light fixtures within the current ceiling grid and tile.
