Tessera

Tessera is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing lifelong learning opportunities for young adults with autism. This project involved tenant improvements within the building, including demolition, the construction of accessible restrooms, new light fixture installations, and asbestos abatement. Exterior work included the addition of two elevated walkways, a slab-on-grade walkway with an adjacent retaining wall, a new landscaped area, and restriping of parking spaces, including two accessible stalls.
